Chinese spaceflight
Un-noticed by many (& probably under-reported compared to other events like US-Katrina, Pakistan-earthquake), a Chinese spacecraft with 2 astronauts spent 5 days in space & returned back to Earth successfully.
The Chinese plan to have their space-station in 5 years opens a new dimension to space flight. Btw, what happens to the ISS then, already delayed by various issues one of the major ones being lack of US shuttle flights?
Combine that with successful efforts by multiple US private companies to launch spacecrafts, we're getting ready for the space age - don't you think? Rock On I say...
